RGLMT Shipping Policy

The conditions that apply to your order are those displayed in the store and at checkout for the selected destination.

1. Order processing

Orders are prepared before they are handed to the carrier. If specific information applies to a product or order, it is shown on the product page or at checkout.

2. Destinations, methods and rates

RGLMT offers shipping options to France, the European Union, the United States and other eligible international destinations. Available methods and prices are displayed before payment based on the delivery address.

This policy does not state a fixed delivery time. Any delivery information shown during checkout depends on the destination and the available shipping method.

3. Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping is configured for qualifying orders of €80 or more to eligible destinations in France and the European Union.

For the United States and other eligible international destinations, the applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout in the currency presented for the selected market.

4. Tracking

When the selected shipping method includes tracking, tracking information is provided after the order has been handed to the carrier.

5. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions in our refund policy. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the issue resulted from an error on our part.

6. Delivery issues
