RGLMT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 — SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales between RGLMT and the customer through this website. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Products offered for sale are those shown on the website when it is viewed. If a product becomes unavailable, RGLMT will inform the customer as soon as possible and issue a refund if payment has already been collected.

ARTICLE 3 — PRICES

Prices displayed in the store depend on the selected market and currency. The final amount, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before the order is confirmed. RGLMT may change its prices at any time. Products are charged at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT

A sale is complete after the order confirmation has been sent by email and payment has been successfully collected. Payment may be made by bank card or any other method offered on the website through Shopify's secure platform.

ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European law, you have 14 calendar days from delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason or paying a penalty.

  • Notice: Notify us that you wish to return the product by emailing contact@rglmtwear.com.
  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refund: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order within 14 days after the returned products are received, provided they are in new condition.

ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering. Any delivery information displayed is an estimate. RGLMT is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure events.

ARTICLE 7 — LEGAL WARRANTIES

The customer benefits from the French legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, and the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

ARTICLE 8 — DATA PROTECTION

Information collected is necessary to process the order and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers have rights of access, correction and deletion regarding their personal data.

ARTICLE 9 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. If no solution is reached, the competent courts are those with jurisdiction over RGLMT's registered business address.
